Use the Workspace One "Catalogue" app on the mobile device (there after a successful initial install), look for the Haiku or Canto listing, and select the "Installed" or "Install" button. Some upgrades may be significant enough that a recent version of the mobile app is needed to continue communicat ing with system servers. Mobile apps are continually improved, just as desktop interfaces (Hyperspace) are enhanced through periodic updates and upgrades. This error requires a call to the Connect Care Help Desk ( ) to get one's Connect Care user profile enabled for mobility. If all installation steps have proceeded well but an attempt at Haiku or Canto login generates a "no available jobs" error message, then the problem is not with the install process or the resulting configuration. If Haiku installs but does not show "PRD" as the "configured environment" at the top of the Haiku login screen, then it is likely that the Tunnel did not complete installation or that the user did not open the Tunnel to accept its warnings and activate it. Without a working encryption tunnel, the clinical mobile applications cannot receive their configuration "instructions". In particular, the mobility management "Tunnel" must complete installation before attempting installation of Haiku, Canto or PowerMic Mobile.
